To adapt your display to the configuration of the button, you should create files in the following format .ai [Illustrator], .psd [Photoshop], .pdf high definition, .tif in maximal resolution for printing [600 dpi or 300 dpi minimum]. We accept .jpeg files with the best resolution possible [minimum compression]. Texts must be vectorized.
For all of these files, we accept the CMYK colour modes. The RGB cannot be used as such, and a transformation into CMYK can be difficult depending on the colours of your display.
The diameter of the «interesting» part of your display must be less than the diameter of the button, in order to allow for the external curve. Total diameter of your display must be larger than button's external diameter to permit the positionning.
To frame your display, take into account these three diameters. That of the button you are ordering, that of the «interesting» part of the display [smaller than the badge] and that of the technical size [larger than the badge].
The chart below shows referential dimensions depending on the various badge diameters.
| External diameter of the button | Maximum diameter of the «interesting» part of the display | Total diameter of the image |
|---|---|---|
| 25 mm | 22 mm | 33 mm |
| 32 mm | 27 mm | 41 mm |
| 38 mm | 33 mm | 46 mm |
| 45 mm | 40 mm | 53 mm |
| 56 mm | 52 mm | 65 mm |
| 76 mm | 72 mm | 88 mm |
| Circular text: reduce by 2 mm |
