What are the buttons made from?
Our products are traditional buttons made of first-quality metal parts, shiny and rust-free. The printing on the surface is protected by a layer of transparent plastic cover. At Art-Badges, the backs are not plastic but metal.
Do you print your name or logo on the buttons sold?
No, we do not put any distinctive sign of our company on the badges we make, either on the display, or on the metal back.
Can you make the buttons quickly?
Yes, we can make them quickly as soon as we have all of the graphical elements and the payment. Please allow for a period of 8 to 10 days. Of course, we shall do our best to make them more quickly depending on our production quantities. Upon your order, you shall be informed of the allotted time and of the delivery date.
Are you sure you can send me the exact number of buttons?
Our job is to satisfy your request by the quality of our work and by respecting the quantities. We believe that we send the correct quantity of buttons. However, in our sales conditions, we allow for an error margin of + or – 2% difference. This difference mainly comes into play for the button badges of 25mm, which are more difficult to count, but our manufacturing system reduces the risk of error to an absolute minimum.
How are the buttons in my order packaged?
The buttons, unless otherwise indicated, are packaged in bags of the total number of buttons by reference of size and display. Special packaging facilities are available upon request.
Are there any hidden costs?
All the costs are included in the quote. Price per quantities + Technical costs + Graphic designer fees, if necessary + Packaging costs, if necessary + postage. Do not forget the VAT.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is made with the order, unless otherwise indicated, by secure payment on this web site [ CB, VISA, Master Card or Paypal ], cheque or bank transfer. Please also refer to our general sales conditions.
